We are creatures of habit. And habits will keep showing up in our lives, and our bodies, until we make a conscious effort to break the pattern. A synergy of body, mind and breath, the art of yoga helps tackle conditioned behaviors and bring more mindfulness and awareness into our everyday lives.
My one-on-one sessions and group classes focus on the practice of mindful movement integrating a balanced combination of YogaWorks vinyasa influences, Buddhist philosophy and Shambhala lineage meditation teachings. Humor is at the heart of my practice coupled with a direct, authentic and playful teaching style igniting your purpose to create joyful embodiment.
With a comprehensive formula of yoga, meditation and wellness coaching, I inspire students to build strength, flexibility and expansiveness in their bodies, their minds and their lives.
Single private sessions and packages are available for yogis living in New York City (in-home or in-studio). Rates upon request.
